I found that it took me slightly longer to sign up with Ladbrokes than with other sites. As well as all the normal fields such as address and date of birth, you can impose a maximum limit for deposits.

I found the Ladbrokes site incredibly slow whilst I was trying to get started which was infuriating. Nevertheless I was eventually able to deposit a tenner in order to get the £20 - sadly there are no bonuses available to the non-depositors.

It took me a good half an hour to discover the problem, my account was suspended! That’s the problem with using your debit card. With no live help available on their site I had to phone Ladbrokes to confirm my age, and then send them photographic iD. They weren’t content with a passport, so I had to send an energy bill as proof of address. I suppose that’s it’s all for the best in the fight against fraud, but I have never had to go to such extensive measure simply to confirm my age.

Our Verdict

I highly recommend Ladbrokes Bingo to any player because of its wide range of games and numerous players. The only slight negative was the trouble I experienced signing up, although that needn’t happen to you if you use a credit card.
